This artwork titled 'Home' was commissioned as an engagement/wedding gift for a young couple and their beautiful boy. 'Home' is a self explanatory piece that maps the local Hunter Valley and Port Stephens area and where each member of the family was born and raised. The largest meeting place represents the where the couple came to buy their first home and have their first-born child.
This painting was finished weeks before they moved to Broome and have taken this work as a reminder of their home.
